About me
I trained at the renowned Clifton Hypnotherapy Practice in Bristol and hold the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD). Before training as a hypnotherapist, I trained and continue to work as a teacher (of 
music, trained at the Royal Academy of Music, London); as a music therapist (trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London) and latterly as a prison officer, with people from all walks of life, often at a very low point in life and health.
This broad range of experience has informed my approach to working with adults and children experiencing many problematic conditions and problems, not just of health but of performance and achieving.
My hypnotherapy training has added a new and enormously valuable dimension to my own life and skills, all of which I use to full effect in my practice.
I hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma, which means you can feel confident and safe during therapy. I also have an up-to-date Enhanced DBS certificate (clearance to work with children and vulnerable people), and the required professional insurance, both available on request.
Sessions are provided in a comfortable, pleasant, home-based, smoke-free clinical space. It is wheelchair accessible.
